Our Commercial and Personal Customer Service Agents provide exceptional service and are the critical component for customer retention and rounding out all lines of insurance for our clients.

Because all of our CSA's enjoy significant performance bonus compensation related to commission revenue, we require them to be licensed. We believe that continuing education is a critical component in our ability to advise and service customers and differentiate ourselves from the competition.

We encourage continuing education and professional designations for all our associates. We support CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM and encourage our people to successfully participate in professional technical development.

We will work with you to discover your basic skills and attitudes so we can determine how you can best contribute to the Cobb-Hall Team and develop a satisfying career in insurance.
